Discover Baler

BALER is about 230 kilometers (143 miles) northeast of Manila via a mountain pass accessible by bus and private vehicle. The drive goes through the scenic Sierra Madre Mountains, the Pantabangan Dam, rice fields, and by the coast of Pacific Ocean where dolphin and whalesharks are frequently sighted. In 2009, Google included Baler in the top list of beach destinations in the Philippines.
